At Xact Stone, we fabricate inspiring surfaces by partnering with suppliers that offer only the finest stone materials to custom craft products that our customers are proud to show off. Our suppliers offer a wide variety of styles, colors, textures and materials with which we can then create beautiful, durable stone surfaces such as countertops, vanities, fireplace surrounds, mantles, showers and other various surfaces.

Not just “good” field measurements, but “precise” field measurements. The digital template is the single most important step in our fabrication process. Time is money, yet for many shops both are lost on the front end due to inaccurate templating, but this is not the case at Xact Stone. We utilize 3D digital equipment on every jobsite to ensure that a precise template can be turned into professional production schematics for every job, be it residential or commercial.
Our programming team is highly skilled in creating digital templates and inputting them into specialized programs for our automated CNC fabrication machines.
A major advantage we have over our competitors is our slab templating technology, this process provides us the ability to input the template of our customer’s countertop and digitally integrate it with a hi-resolution image of the selected slab. From there we can manipulate the template pieces to ensure we gain maximum use of every square foot of stone cut. At the same time we can provide an exact schematic showing how each slab will be precision cut. This process is extremely helpful for slabs with a lot of movement or veining, the customer can see in full color a digital image of how the countertops will look before the production process has even started.
